Abstract:

Farmers’ Bookstore is bookstore in administrative village managing by farmers themselves. In this
paper, the author discusses the ways of the long-term effective running system of Farmers’ Bookstore, including integrating all kinds of resources to get high efficency, leading by government to build a reading atmosphere, managing
flexible and establishing management system.
