Abstract: Based on scene theory, a three-dimensional analysis framework of “human-space-technology” was constructed. According to this framework, three supporting systems for the three major publishing integration systems were proposed: the “human-technology” two-way empowerment system, the “space-technology” dynamic adaptation system, and the “human-space” behavioral interaction system. The three systems work to form an integration mechanism, promoting the deep integration and coordinated evolution of content production, technology application, and cultural dissemination. On this basis, four optimization strategies were proposed: first, two-way empowerment, building a publishing interdisciplinary talent system with human-machine collaboration; second, dynamic adaptation, creating a new publishing field of “intelligence + co-creation”; third, behavioral interaction, forming an open and collaborative publishing space value co-creation system; fourth, deep integration, constructing a new three-element collaborative publishing ecosystem. These four strategies form a progressive linkage from the levels of talent, field, space, and ecosystem, providing a theoretical perspective and practical reference for the publishing industry to achieve comprehensive transformation and upgrading in the all-media era.
