摘要: 以牛津大学出版社(Oxford University PressOUP)为研究对象,对其数字资产挖掘策略进行梳理和总结,涵盖数字资产挖掘过程和主体互动两方面。研究发现,牛津大学出版社通过出版资源数字化、数字出版资源产品化和数字出版产品资产化三个阶段,实现从印刷资源向数字资产的转变,提升了出版社的竞争力与经济附加值。在这一过程中,牛津大学出版社积极与作者、读者、合作组织和人工智能多主体互动,在促进出版社数字资产挖掘的同时也实现了不同主体价值增益。借鉴牛津大学出版社数字资产挖掘经验,我国出版业可通过加强出版数字产品创新、深化人工智能技术应用和打造主体协作的出版数字资产挖掘生态等方面来推进出版数字资产的挖掘和利用。

Abstract: Taking Oxford University PressOUPas a case study, this paper systematically reviews and summarize its digital asset mining strategies, focusing on both the mining process and multi-stakeholder interactions. The article reveals that OUP has effectively transformed print resources into valuable digital assets through a three-stage process: digitization of printed publishing resources, productization of digital resources, and assetization of digital products. This transformation has significantly enhanced the presss competitiveness and economic added value. Throughout this process, OUP actively engages with authors, readers, partner organizations, and artificial intelligence, fostering digital asset mining while also generating value gains for the various stakeholders. Drawing on the digital asset mining experience of OUP, Chinas publishing industry can advance the mining and utilization of publishing digital assets by strengthening innovation in digital publishing products, deepening the application of artificial intelligence technologies, and building a collaborative ecosystem for digital asset mining.
