Abstract:

It becomes more and more apparent that the trend of publishing’s trans-regions and trans-professions
development. A key problem of publishing houses lies in the allocation of resources and sharing of information, so it is
necessary to establish a system of knowledge management. This paper analyses the significence and realizing ways of
knowledge management and sharing in publishing houses, it also gives advices on how to reinforce it.
