Abstract:

Based on the institutional transformation into enterprise of Time Publishing and Media Co., Ltd, this
thesis probes the current and future strategic situation of Chinese publishing industry, considers the innovation and
transformation as a driving force of publishing industry, and points out strengthen the innovation and integration with
economy, technology and market to enter into the era of whole media.
