Abstract:

The characteristics of our times perform as follows: the global economic integration, entered the information era of the world and the increasing convergence of global culture. During recent more than 30 years, Chinese publishing industry has achieved great progresses. However, under the digital era circumstance, traditional publishing has been in dilemma, such as declined of the print publications and sharp dropping in entity bookstores; the emergence of whole new communication system instead of traditional ones; protected by national policies etc. therefore, Chinese publishing should explore the industry upgrading and transformation in the future.
