Abstract:

Law plays an important role in the management of science and technology periodicals. Yet there are
legal conflicts in China’s management of science and technology periodicals, which makes them fall into disorder. The
conflicts come from two aspects. One is that the relations among China’s publishing management laws haven’ t been
well arranged, and the other is the confusion of China’s supervising system of science and technology periodicals. As
a result, China should steak the relations of publishing management laws in time and consummate supervising system
of science and technology periodicals.
