Abstract: [Abstract] This study investigates the relationship between the lifestyle and satisfaction of readership on popular science periodicals. Samples are collected and analyzed from an online questionnaire survey posted on the fan’s page of SCIENTEIC AMERICAN to answer research questions. Applying multiple regressions, findings indicate that lifestyle is more powerful than demographics in predicting readership satisfaction, and it is more obvious on elder females. Further, readership with such four types of lifestyle tend to be more satisfied as“ all-purpose”,“ opinion leadership”,“ new age”, and“ vibrant health.” Those are great useful to help editorial staff developing various strategies toward different types of readership lifestyle in the future.
