Abstract: [Abstract] The standards of acknowledged business ethics established by German judiciary in competition between“ Free content + advertising” business model and ad-blocking service are worthy of full reference. The anti-unfair competition law regulatory path of digital ad-blocking service should not only highlight market effect, but also conform to the characteristics and laws of Internet competition. The regulatory path should abandon the judgment of traditional infringement determination, and focus on the competitive equilibrium between competitors, consumer welfare and innovation needs.
