Abstract:
Editors’ job satisfaction has been acquired importance by the human resources departments in publishing units and the publishing academic realm increasingly. This article firstly has studied the overall level of young editors’ job satisfaction with the questionnaire survey and interview method. It also has surveyed the current situation of young editors’ job satisfaction from the interpersonal relationship, work content, the promotion incentives, rules and regulations, salary and welfare. Secondly, demographic characteristics, occupational characteristics and geographical characteristics of overall editors’ job satisfaction has been analyzed and its causes have been explored.
