Abstract:

To take advantage of the brand specialty and leading discipline to develop the characteristic column is significant to ensure the success of universities’ journals. The brand specialty of Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology (NUIST) is atmospheric science, whose discipline advantage is distinctive and research strength is strong. Yuejiang Academic Journal is the first to establish the brand column Meteorology and Human Society according to the brand specialty of NUIST, which is innovative and sustainable. The column of “Meteorology and Human Society”of Yuejiang Academic Journal guides integration of research on atmospheric science and on humanity social science, enriches the cultural connotation of traditional research on atmospheric research, and becomes the popular column that many experts and scholars actively participate in, and promotes the dissemination effect of the journal.
