Abstract:

Community-driven Questions Answering（CQA） has been an important way for users to obtain
and produce information since 2002. With the development of the Internet， CQA transforms from contentbased platform to user-based community gradually by introducing interpersonal relationship for information
sharing. In this article， three types of CQA form has been proposed based on the search engine， user relation
network and opinion leadership. Meanwhile it illustrates the service mode of CQA. Finally it summarizes the
present predicament of CQA， and points out the future trend in this area.
