Abstract:
The book publishing industry is a sort of content industry and creative industry. Excellent content resources are essential factors of the book publishing industry. Excellent authors are becoming scarce resources of the book publishing industry. They control the initiative in the cooperative game. In this context, the importance of the author relationship management is prominent. Author relationship management is becoming an important part of the overall management. Th is paper proposes the concept of author relationship management, and discusses the importance of author relationship management and management law.
