Abstract:

Learning is the essential characteristic of the high-level creature, and the objective requirement for the editors
of academic journals in the learning society. From the knowledge of the social construct theory perspective to examine the
academic journal editors, they are discoverers, processors, and inheritors of academic communication as well as learners
and knowledge builders. They must understand and grasp the implication of self-learning ability, activate and expand
their own learning abilities.
