Abstract:

　Great changes have taken place in the way of work creation and distribution in the Internet era.
The digital technology breaks the traditional protection mechanisms, makes the mode of decentralization
come into being accepted and applied widely and highlights the technology trends with the Internet.
Blockchain reconciles the conflict between system and transaction by determining the right of ownership,
simplifying the process of proof and upgrading transaction efficiency. In recent years, the copyright operation
projects, based on the use of block-chain developed by foreign enterprise are in full swing, and the western
experiences and ideas are of referential value to China’s copyright operation and protection. This research
not only describes how technology reflects the business mode of copyright trading, but also shows the three
dimensions on law, operation and technology to find the way to make technology serve for the promotion of
copyright industries.
