Abstract:

In this article, the author deliberates a famous book collector Pan Zuyin, who lived in the late Qing
Dynasty. Pan Zuyin is a learned scholar; moreover, he is an officer with social responsibility. At leisure time, he
puts emphasis on books’ block-printing and collecting.
