Put the capital restructuring as the breakthrough point in this paper, and analyze the production
mode of MaoNi' s ZeTianJi in the ecosystem of excessive entertainment from the perspective of the original
copyright such as network publishing, physical book publishing and mobile publishing, and then analyze the
operation mode from the perspective of animation, film and teleplay> music, etc. Finally, put forward the
significance for other network literature from production and operation mode in the entire industrial chain of the
