摘要：

在明晰数智赋能智慧化出版知识服务的内涵及表现特征，即知识资源集成系统化、加
工数智化、服务精准化的基础上，从国家政策、技术变革、用户需求 3 个层面分析数智赋能智慧
化出版知识服务的影响因素和现实困境，并提出相应的应对策略，以期为数智赋能智慧化出版知
识服务的具体实现提供参考。

Abstract:

This paper clarifies the connotation and features of data-intelligence empowering
smart publishing knowledge services， including the integration and systematization of knowledge
resources， digital intelligent production and precise services. Then this paper investigates the
inflfluencing factors and realistic dilemmas of data-intelligence empowering intelligent publishing
knowledge services from the perspective of national policies， technical applications and user
demands. Based on these inflfluencing factors and realistic dilemmas， the corresponding response
strategies are proposed to provide reference for the future realization of data-intelligence
empowering intelligent publishing knowledge services.
