摘要：

以《中国农村水利水电》期刊 2021 年度刊发的 184 篇论文为研究对象，对同步传播
与延迟传播的效果进行量化分析，对比二者的传播效果 ；提出下载量贡献比指标，对采用延迟出
版策略下不同时滞情况下网络首发论文的传播效果进行量化分析。研究结果表明 ：就《中国农村
水利水电》期刊而言，实行网络首发工作可有效提高期刊的下载量与被引量，对期刊传播效果具
有提升作用，采用延迟传播策略，且网络首发与正式出版的两次上线之间时滞为 6 个月时，文献
可在一年内保持较高的被检索概率，传播效果最优。

Abstract:

Taking 184 papers published in the Journal of China Rural Water and Hydropower in
2021 under the mode of synergistic transmission as the research object， the effect of synchronous
propagation and delayed propagation is quantitatively analyzed and compared; the contribution
ratio index of download volume was proposed， and the propagation effect of online first publishing
papers under different delay conditions was quantitatively analyzed. The results show that ： as for
the journal of China Rural Water and Hydropower，the implementation of online first publishing can
effectively increase the number of downloads and citations of the journal， and has an effect on the effect
of journal dissemination. Delayed dissemination strategy is adopted， and the online first publishing
and official publication are launched twice. When the time lag is 6 months， the literature can maintain
a high probability of being retrieved within one year， and the dissemination effect is optimal.
