摘要：

陈浩元是中国科技期刊界有影响力的学者和专家，他对科技期刊、科技期刊编辑学有独特
的见解。他的编辑思想有着丰富的内涵 ：以出版精品为己任，打造出版品牌 ；指出高校学报是高校师
生学术交流的园地，展示宣传学校科研成果的窗口，应将高校学报综合性与突出重点和优势学科有机
结合起来、促进高校重点学科和新学科建设，发现培养学术新人 ；主张“走中国特色科技期刊发展之
路”“建立中国特色的科学评价体系”；参与提出“科技期刊学”概念，并力主编辑学源于实践和指导
实践的原则 ；推动科技期刊编辑标准化、规范化建设，以实际行动推动科技期刊编辑学发展。

Abstract:

Chen Haoyuan is a scholar and expert in the field of sci-tech periodical in China with
certain influence. He has unique views on both sci-tech periodicals and editorial science of sci
tech periodicals. His editorial thoughts are rich in connotation ： he takes the publishing of qualitative
works as his duty， and takes the improvement of the intrinsic quality of publications as the center，
so as to create the publishing brand; that as a field for academic exchanges between teachers and
students in colleges and universities, college journals are the window to display and publicize the
scientific research achievements of colleges and universities. Therefore, the comprehensiveness
of university journals should be organically combined with prominent key and advantageous
disciplines to promote the construction of key disciplines and new disciplines in universities
and to discover special functions such as cultivating academic newcomers; demonstrates the
solid foundation for the survival and development of university journals; he makes an in-depth
exploration on theories of sci-tech journal and editing， and partly participated in the construction
of the basic framework of sci-tech journal Science; he insists on taking editing practice as
the guidance， and closely link with reality to promote the construction of standardization and
normalization of editing of sci-tech journal; and he also points out that the construction of editorial
society and the cultivation of editorial talents should be promoted. In summary， Mr. Chen Haoyuan
has found and summarized the rules of editing and publishing activities from editing practice
and refined them to the theoretical level. He combined his own value with the social value of
publications， and discussed to “find a road for the development of sci-tech journals with
Chinese characteristics”， which promoted the development of sci-tech journals.
