Abstract:

As a new form of textbooks, digital textbooks have brought both positive impacts and a series of problems. This paper analyzed the impacts of digital textbooks in the five following aspects: the acceleration of the communication of academic information, the prompting of the revolution of educational pattern and system, the impact to the conventional publication and distribution industry, the arousal of the intellectual property disputes and the broadening of digital gap.
