Abstract:

 Taking the example of the storm technology Internet copyright infringement case, from the perspective of Law and Economics analyze the infringement and protection of China's Internet copyright. On the basis of the expected damage function of Internet copyright infringement, we analyzes the optimal prevention level of copyright administration authorities governing the Internet copyright infringement, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
