[ 摘 要] 讨论学术策划活动的特点和分类、学术策划活动规划管理以及学术策划活动管理的实施策略,并结
合科学出版社的实践与探索,介绍通过学术出版策划活动管理,提升策划效能,培养优秀策划编辑团队的方法。

Abstract:

[Abstract] This article suggests a frame of management of acquisition activities, which are key for academic
publishing operation. After a brief discussion on acquisition activities, including its definition, features
and categories, a set of managerial principles,procedures and tools has been introduced for publishing
enterprises to plan acquisition activities and promote their efficiency.
