Abstract:

Transmedia storytelling is the future trends of the media convergence， and also the ways to
update in the internet age for the traditional cultural industries. However， the new patterns of creation in the
transmedia storytelling make the copyright issues to be the bottleneck of the development of transmedia
storytelling. This thesis gave some solutions to solve these copyright issues based on the analysis of the root
of conflicts between patterns of creation in the transmedia storytelling and the principle of copyright law.
