Abstract:

 IP as a high-quality content resource of a cultural industry. IP copyright protection and authorization directly affect the follow-up industry chain development. The lagging development of the existing copyright system makes it difficult to adapt to the cultural production methods of (he IP content industry. As a technology, blockchain ^decentralization, smart contract, timestamp" technology provides a solution to IP copyright authorization and operation; as an innovative concept of "value decentralization*, it provides new insights into thinking and ideas for copyright licensing and operations.
