摘要:

从出版流程与MOOC发布过程、互联网(网络)出版和数字出版的定义、MOOC的形态与功能、MOOC发布的内容与机制考察,MOOC是以课程发布为载体的出版形式。MOOC既具备教程的功能,其发布、传播过程又与科研课题创新过程相似,了解和把握MOOC的出版属性,有助于教育主管部门、高校和教育出版社制定相应的配套政策和激励措施,推动MOOC建设与应用的可持续发展,加速数字化出版升级的步伐。

Abstract:

MOOC is the publishing form through releasing courses. It can be proved by following aspects:firstly, the publishing process and the MOOC release process are similar;secondly, MOOC fits the definition of internet or network publishing and digital publishing; thirdly, the form and function of MOOC,the content and mechanism of releasing qualify as publishing. To understand and know well the publishing attribute of MOOC, can help education authorities, universities and education presses to formulate corresponding supporting policies and incentive measures, promote the sustainable development of MOOC construction and application, accelerate the upgrading pace of digital publishing.
