摘要:

运用数字化技术,培生教育集团实现了从“教育出版商”向“教育内容提供商”和“教育数字化技术服务商”的转型,其图书出版在产品形态上致力于为学生提供一整套多媒体并举的学习解决方案,在出版流程上致力于实现大规模、个性化的定制出版。依靠在线网络平台来经营内容资源,培生教育一方面有效地推动了纸质图书的销售,另一方面也创建了新的盈利模式。

Abstract:

Digital transformation has led Pearson Education Group (PEG) to make a radical shift from a traditional print publisher to a digital content and services provider. Today PEG is committed to providing variety of products by adding multimedia contents into learning system aiming at student clientele, and to achieving large-scale  personalized custom publishing by its online book-building system. By running content resources on the online platform, PEG has produced consistent and considerable growth on the sales of paper books and has created new profit models.
