摘要：
尝试引入欧美国家规范化的Technical Editor/Writer概念，并以中文“技术文档编辑”与之对应，通过对其工作对象、工作方法、服务范围等方面的分析和研究，使之在中文语境下拥有明确的、科学的概念，同时也阐明技术文档编辑的介入领域及其发展的必要性与重要性。

Abstract:
In this thesis the writer tries to introduce the conception of Technical Editor / Writer, which was already clearly defined in Europa and USA, and localize it as Ji Shu Wen Dang Bian Ji. Based on the research of its object and working method, application field etc., it could have an exact and scientific conception in Chinese context.At the same time it expounds,in which field would technical writing be needed and why it should be developed.
