Abstract:

In scientific technical editorial field, it is a rule established by usage to use commas but not to use
slight-pause marks among coordinate Arabic numerals and the words and phrases in west languages. But this can cause
three problems as follows: no accordance with the use rules of Chinese punctuation marks, no distinctness of a sentence
structure or even ambiguity of a sentence, and no correspondence of the punctuation marks among the corresponding
sentence components of different languages.
