The Transformation and Optimization Pathways of the National Reading Social Structure in the Era of Digital and Intelligent Media

Abstract: With the popularization of digital reading, market expansion, intergenerational integration and deep integration of digital and intelligent technologies, Chinas National Reading for All social structure is transforming and upgrading. Empowered by digital and intelligent media, the transformation focuses on the diversification of subject structure, interactive reading behaviors, integrated resource structure, precise services and the synergy of regulatory technologies and systems. Driven by policies, technology, demand and market, it still faces challenges such as insufficient collaboration, fragmented resources, digital divide, AI-related risks and lack of regulation. The optimization paths include improving top-level design, bridging the digital divide, stimulating content innovation, standardizing algorithms and strengthening governance capabilities.
