[Abstract] It is the responsibility and obligation of governments， institutions and other organizations and

individuals to cultivate teenagers’reading habits and guide them to read actively and healthily. Through

empirical research， this paper finds that government-led activities to guide teenagers’reading

have deviation in the specific implementation process， and “isolated islands”appear in information

dissemination，etc. Based on this， this paper proposes measures to coordinate with multiple parties， and

construct effective information communication channels.
