Abstract:

This article discusses the significance to train and explore young editors’ creativity. By analyzing
and summing up what comprehensive qualities that creative editors shall possess, hence the author brings forward a new
mode on training young editors’ creativity through specifying training objectives, programming training plans and setting
up an incentive mechanism.
