Abstract:

In the reform of the publishing system in China, most publishing enterprises have been still dependent
on the old management mechanism and business mode, which were formed in the monopoly arrangement before the
reform. However, this case will be the hinder for the publishing reform, so we must come out of the dependence , and
work out our own way to promote Chinese publishing system reform.
