Abstract:

The opening ceremony of Beijing Olympic Games shows us various Chinese traditional culture elements. It contains many ancient elements of Chinese publication culture, such as: Chinese characters, brush, ink,
paper, bamboo slip, moveable type printing and scroll. The history of Chinese publishing development is the history
of Chinese culture. Contemporary publisher should take the historical responsibility of spreading civilization and
improving the culture prosperity actively and consciously.
