Abstract:

With the reform’s deepening, the publishing industry is faced with a new transition, which provides
the publishing industry with the opportunities of “ second entrepreneurship”. In the “ second entrepreneurship” of
the publishing industry, the traditional management mode of “ command-control” should be transformed to that of
“ guide-incentive” and use incentive mechanism to motivate employees’ potentiality, improve their work enthusiasm
and realize the common development of both the enterprise and its employees.
