Abstract:

Sci-tech journals not only communicate information and knowledge, but also try hard in their existence and development, because characteristics associated with periodicals’ competitiveness. Sci-tech journals should
take part in the competitions both at home and overseas. In this paper, the author analyzes the situation of Chinese scitech journals’ management, and puts forward several strategies.
