Abstract:

As a method to control the input and output distribution,vertical integration has become an important choice for publishing agency to accomplish strategic objects. Based on Harper Collins Publisher and China Publishing Group Crop., this article starts with a thoroughgoing analysis of vertical integration and related concepts, mainly investigates the situation of vertical integration between the Internet and traditional publishing at home and abroad, meanwhile, makes a proper evaluation towards this trend and puts forward suggestions for reference.
