Abstract:

The author shares his experiences in book planning with young editors. He points out if young editors want
to get good manuscripts, they should pay more attention to public resources, accumulate their own connection of authors,
and keep in touch with them. He also gives young editors some guidance on how to deal with difficulties during book
planning.
