Abstract:

The phenomenon of academic corruption is increasingly rampant in China, which has harassed the academic
order seriously, affected the academy development. As the important defense line to restrain academic corruption, the
academic journals have the responsibility for the rampant academic corruption at present, and have the ability to prevent
and control it. What’s more, the measures conclude as following: promoting editor's service quality and professional
quality to be a scholar or expert, standardizing manuscript first trial procedures, carrying out the edit system strictly, enhancing editorial department management, setting rewards and punishment mechanism, improving editor's treatment,
and so on. Through these measures, the academic journals can play an important role to prevent and control academic
corruption, so as to contribute to purify the academic air and maintain the academic honor.
