Abstract:

This article clarified the copyright issues of scientific communication with P2P sharing technology, discussed
the copyright legal relations of applying P2P technology to scientific communication, analyzed the related theories and
cases on different tort liabilities with P2P technology including direct tort liability， indirect tort liability, and non-tort
liability based on the principle of technology neutrality, and put forward the countermeasures to promote scientific communication.
