Abstract:

For the long-term development of a state or a nation, from the position of a state and a nation， attaching importance
to children’s reading is not only a sign of maturity， but also the important embodiment of a nation, which cares for the next
generation. Readingiscrucialto children’s cognitive development， language development and social development. In the new media
environment， children’s reading demand exhibits multiple levels， conformity and periodic characteristics. In order to understand
the practical effect of the reading guidance measures， we conduct empirical analysis on the recommended bibliography， and find
that the effect is poor.
