Abstract:

The program of freely providingcultural books for placesof worship in Ningxia, a new model of non-profit publishing, mainly serves the religious believers, including Muslims, and extends the public services from the traditional communities to the places of worship, expending the scope and object of public culture services. The program explores the
new ways in non-profit publishing in Northwest China.
