Abstract:

This paper embarks from the significance of the PE investment’ development and application during the publishing transition period, proposes the development situation of PE investment in the publishing capital market. Then, it summarizes its characteristics and existing problems. At last, the article induces four kinds of revelations about the capital market investment management for publishing companies in China. They are the correct understanding of the investment, choose the suitable investors, the necessary preparations before the financing and the choice of the financing modes.
