Abstract:

Traditional press media exists two modes in the digital transformation: the foreign mode of abandoning print m
edia completely transformation and the domestic mode to the cross-media development. Based on the cross-media development mode of Modern Media Co., Ltd. as an example, analyzes the cause of the rapid development of mobile media
business, finally, mobile business operation strategy of the press media are proposed. Emphasis on the cooperation importance among press media, technology companies and channel operators, at the same time, the press media need to
change from the shallow operating model “ secondary selling” of the content, to the mobile, open and social innovation
business mode, and puts forward the specific“ CSD mode” in the development of mobile business.
