Abstract:

Asymmetric information between academic journal editors and authors is an objective reality, and
it can bring some harmful effects. The paper analyzes the phenomena, causes and damages of asymmetric
information in the editing work of academic journal， and puts forward some countermeasures to eliminate the
impact of the asymmetric information and be subject to the needs of editorial activities.
