Abstract:

Analyzes the development motives of collaborative innovation in the digital publishing industry, as well
as the types of innovation in the industry. Based on the above discussion, the authors explore some problems and the possible
solutions in the cooperative innovation, such as developing innovative capability of the general human resource in traditional publishing enterprises, constructing flexible organization based on the integration of users’ innovative resources,
and applying innovative financial instruments etc.
