Abstract:

With the development of textbook market, the quality of textbook has been improved. But after three bidding
pilots of textbook, the propose of lowing textbook price and breaking the trade monopoly of publishing and distributing textbooks has not been achieved. This paper reveals the problems in policies, then puts forward some measures for it.
