Abstract:
On the view of media convergence, this article described the two trends of industrial diffusion and industrial clustering driven by digital technology, analyzed of the in-dustrial restructuring and cultural change with media convergence and the formation of cul-ture logic be yard the new media environment. And thus this paper analyzed the conflicts between culture and regulation of the digital publishing industry. From the perspective of in-stitutional economics, this article analyzed the digital publishing industry’s core driving force. Given this point: monopoly force and competition force to be balance, that means “ Checks and balances”, which is the driving force on the healthy and rapid development of digital publishing industry. The main content of the digital publishing industry regulation is the coexistence of monopoly and competition.
