Abstract:

The reasonable utilization system is a kind of "right restriction ", and its basic characteristic is "free use" and
"without the license of the copyright owner". In the reasonable utilization system of network copyright, we should not
only protect the lawful rights and interests of the copyright owner, but also consider fully the network environment of
openness and freedom. The reasonable utilization will be faced with a difficult situation in network environment, which
need to adjust the judgment standard about "rationality", and expand moderately the scope of reasonable utilization, and
deal with the relationship between technology protection measures and rational use.
