Abstract:

There are some defects of the basic law study of redactology at present, which are embodied
in the controversy over the words to express the concept, overgeneralization and diversification of the basic
law, the use of the complicated instead of the simple one. Thus a change of the strategy and approach to be
free of the defects and to achieve breakthroughs is expected.
